How It Works
AirOcare units use a unique and patented technology that is highly effective in cleaning and sanitizing air and surfaces without the use of chemicals. As the equipment operates continuously, it is constantly sanitizing and protecting the room in which it is installed.
Through the removal of up to 99.9% of the germs, molds and contaminants in the room, AirOcare's equipment significantly reduces airborne and surface contamination and creates a fresher, cleaner environment.
AirOcare's technology uses a two-stage sanitizing process - first cleaning the air and then sanitizing surfaces:

First Stage - Production of (ROS)
By modifying a small percentage of the oxygen molecules in the air, airborne carbon based compounds including molds, bacteria and viruses are oxidized and destroyed as air circulates through the unit's reactor.
Second Stage - Low Level Residual
As an extension of the first stage, air diffuses from the unit into the room and a low level of remaining oxygen species continues to effectively sanitize the surfaces of the environment.
The end result is a cleaner, odor-free environment which helps to reduce environmental risks for employees, customers and visitors.
